With regards to drinking wine my only advice would be to try and channel that amazine spirit you had earlier on when you got to 67 days. It is in you somewhere you just need to drag it out again.

Ez, I got to 80 days sober. That was 67 days AF and just 2 glasses on the first dinner out and 3 on the next.

sometimes it can be hard to muscle up that strength and determination but I know it is in you. The benzo withdrawal is not really helping you though. I don't know the answer to that one.

I do know the answer to the Benzos. Persistance not to give in to a good night's sleep. It's really hard, but I refuse. Unfortunately I seem to be fighting all 3 foes at present. I want a drink, I want a smoke and I need to sleep.

nothing right now, we have another 6 months till the next green waste collection so he has plenty of time to get cutting. My hubby is planting some ash trees today on our side of the fence.

I am however currently working on my husband to convince him that we need to eventually move to a quieter area, house prices around here are over-rated so we should be able to move to a cheaper quieter area without too much cost.
