    DAVE! I am trying to get off Temazapam. It's a horrible drug. PLEASE do stop if you can. It mucks up your brain. It helps sleep, yes, but not in the long run. It actually gets so bad in your system that it promotes insomnia. Any drug ending with 'pam' is bad.

      Dave, I have cut out Temazapam. I think it was a couple of weeks ago. It has really stuffed me up getting off it. I used to post here daily, but all I can do now is to get it together for one day. Today is good.

        Hi guys

        I think if Dave reads back here tomorrow he might get a understanding of how he feels. I don't know anything about meds but it sounds dangerous, I don't know if I read correct but you didn't drink 3 bottles of red with beer and meds.

        Pan, if there was no message from Popeye maybe he accidently sent you a message. I know I always have multiple screens open on different things and sometimes the wrong links get pressed on the wrong pages. I am sure that he didn't mean you any harm.

        Now early enough on Saturday evening and nothing on telly

              Diazepam with alcohol, I am familiar with...

              I am being very, very, safe.. I promise...

              I know they are both CNS Depressants and the potential dangers...

              I just feel like escaping, post 8 days AF (I cant just snap my fingers and say "I've got it all sorted out"
              What you perceive is what you believe, so make sure you look at things the right way....

                  Mr G, great weekend here, the first one where I haven't even had a thought about AL. Got a shock this evening when I looked at the clock and realised my usual witching hour had passed.

                  Dave, I don't think any of us will every be able to say it is all sorted. Just trying our hardest to reach our goals is all we can do.

                        Anyway guys, I've been told off tonight for liking people of a 'certain class' that my husband does not agree with. It seems that our marriage means that I must not like that 'sort' of people, so as you can imagine, I am very upset. I will NOT be told who I can and cannot like or be friends with.
