hi troopers
no internet acces for nearly a week turned out was'nt an internet problem but major virus on computer.
got it sorted at last, maybe swineflue is attacking computers as well since so many peeps have problems.
anyway of to cook dinner, i'll be back later

Hi to everybody just wanted to post a quick thank you. Being new to all this I didn't expect such a warm reply to the thread I posted this morning, reading through the days posts really made me feel good! Keep up the great work trust me it does help I am sat here glowing slightly at all the nice comments that have been posted today, I will be back I'll keep reading and getting to know you all a bit bettar and jump in every now and again, hope that doesn't sound creepy, lol

funny thing is , in march we were at the beach with our little grandson and he was actually splashing and playing away in the water because it was so warm and paddys day was a scorcher, somehow i think that was our summer

so glad schooljumpers are well behind me, the "baby" sat her leaving last year and now it's just me and mr. draggy, mind you it takes some getting used to, empty nest syndrome etc. etc.

i have 6 kids ranging from 37 to 18 and grandkids ranging from 17 to two (feck my eldest granddaughter is doing leaving cert this year, how old does that make me) for the last 37 years my house has always been full of people untill a couple of months ago when fi (fiona) moved out and yes they're back on a regular basis, mum, would you mind aaron and mum can we stay the night, it's not the same and i sooo miss them
