Sea, I have taken that combo for the best part of 10 months now, and in a nutshell, they work. I stopped for a while after christmas and guess what? my cravings returned....so even though I am on a low dose I make sure I take them every day.Living now and not just existing since 9th July 2008

It's there already starts.... I just need to tweak it a little.
Things are are falling into place, mentally and emotionally, if you know what I mean. I'm rarely flustered, but I've always been that way. I've stopped fighting with life and I'm getting on with living it.

Is anyone else watching the Grand Prix? Don't tellme what's going on as I have it on pause for Mr Sweats - but what a fantastic start!

Hi Army, Sparky DIED yesterday....He's my PC (for those who don't know). I think it is really over for him this time and I am writing on Hubbies Monster THINGY (named JEFF) and........we don't like each other at all. Just had a lovely walk in the sun. Walked from my house to my parents, which is a good 2 and a half hours. Its all country and they live in a lovely little village. Sat by the well, and read for a bit. Bliss. Hope everyone is enjoying there sunday.To Infinity And Beyond!!Comment

The GP's finished Betty.
Last year my brother won a competition to go to Monaco and watch the Grand Prix from a big boat in the harbour. He had the Man Utd. team on the same boat. He'd an amazing day.
