I really think I need to sort out my life with husband before I can even think about going AF again. He will not reply to my emails, nor can I get through on the phone. I have doggie probs that need sorting. One would think, knowing how much he loves them, that he would reply.

I made a plan to go to bed early tonight if I could sleep. I am now just awaiting an email reply about the dogs that may not come. He controls the money. I need to take them to a vet.

Pan. Look. Do it for you, or for nothing at all. Everything in your world flows from you. Your actions. If you do this for someone else, you wont last, because you will have the wrong mindset. People can will themselves off anything, but if you're not doing it to improve your own quality of life first, and just promising other people, how does that work?

G, I did it for both of us. In the end, it was just for me, but others can change your mindset even at its strongest if they do it the right way. He didn't mean it, but as Zen said to me today, that's when the house of cards fell. And as I said before, I do not want to be a sad sack with anyone, so I will be here, but I'm not going to post anymore tonight.

I do not agree with you, that others can change your mind set. Other's can try, but it is us, who allow other people or things/events to influence us. Anyway, stop drinking for the right reasons. Do you see that once you are well, then so are your dogs, and then emails, phone calls might begin to be returned, and communication opened up again. I, you, wouldn't be too thrilled about replying to alcohol affected emails/phone calls either. Get a grip, but do it for yourself first, get some self respect going again will ya?!!

I had to just delete the Mr from you name again G. My youngest is not eating but seems healthy enough. Even did sports this afternoon. I am a bit worried about him but his usual mantra is "i'm hungry", his first word was even 'ungry.

I told you ages ago that I should go. Now I see why. I'm drinking and not thinking properly. I haven't had a reply to my emails about our "kids" either and I know he's seen them. Neither has he phoned. Whatever you say G, he does not know that it is an email when I have been drinking. I am simply asking him what to do and where I can access money for our "kids". I have never been blessed with children of the usual kind.
