Hi Everyone,
I had a wonderful Mother's Day yesterday and I wish all you Mother's a belated happy day! Hubby worked all day but son made me a huge breakfast...after that I asked him to do a hike with me. We went to a particular mountain that has a cave tour at the top of the hike and started out. Both of us tired out before reaching the top but we both had a great work out and vowed we would make it to the top the next time. It was a very steep walk so it tired us out quickly but the scenery was beautiful as was the fresh air. I told my son I wanted to do it for the next 2 days because the pass we paid for was a three day pass, so we'll see. I'll have to get him going right after I get off work to do it before dark. I felt so full of endorphins after the walk; it felt great dispite the fatigue and I have no soreness at all today...those are good things.
