POST FROM EZ ON ANOTHER THREAD: I am a weekend binge drinker. I did really well when I first joined this MWO but after a while I started having a few drinks thinking I could handle it, and I couldn't. This time I am feeling stronger, my mantra right now is "I am no longer a drinker" and funny enough I don't seem to have any strong urges at the moment. My first time AF I was so focused on clocking up the days and didn't really formulate a long term plan for how I wanted to live my life. That was my big mistake. END OF POST.

Ez, what you said has really made me think. Clocking up the days was my big thing too and I was so proud of myself for doing it. You have given me new focus. Thanks mate.

It's all very well clocking up the days, but we need to have a long term plan. I've been thinking about that tonight, and Mr G suggested the same thing, love him, but you actually put it into words for me in exactly what I did NOT do.
