now I would love to trade insults with you all day but Peter just phoned and said the camels are getting frisky so I must away to join my mysterious man... He is looking quite hot these days... for once the years have been kind and although he is a little on the short side once you are lying down you dont really notice that.....

Good Morning Folks.
I slept like a log again and had my quota of great dreams again.
I'd a good AA meeting last night. The guy that was speaking was 38 years sober. An old Irish man who spent most of his working life drinking on the cattle boats to and from Ireland. He had a great sense of humour, which makes for a better, less gloomy atmosphere. He was one of 12 kids which made his a relatively small family as his father was one of 21.
What a thought.

Morning Army
All very industrius this morning I notice! I think the weather is trying to be nice here, not sure yet though. I feel exhausted this morning and stress on my shoulders along time since I have felt this way agh... guess it is only temporary insanity. I am off to do a few lengths of the pool and then a very good aqua aerobics class should kill me off for the day. Talk soon.

Had a lovely day in St Fagans yesterday. Its a History of Wales museum, all outside. Really enjoyed it. And its free!

I DID IT! I ran 5k. Am Astounded. 43 mins. Oh good Lord am I pleased with myself. Only have slight inner arm chafing from my Jabbers, but did I mention how pleased I was with myself????

Haven't caught up so hope no one is having a major drama or tragedy while I've jumped in all cheery......
