    Thanks G- no worries with my thighs - a fair covering of lycra to stop them chafing - its mi inner arms -I have to get a better fitting sports bra or wear a tshirt not a vest.......

              Good going Limers....
              I just met an old friend who I used to go climbing with and we've arranged a few weekends away in the hills, including a big day doing the 'Three Peaks' which involves climbing Skafell Pyke, Snowdon and Ben Nevis in 24 hours. I'm glad to be getting back into the swing of things again.

                I haven't caught up on the thread yet, but I will. My Interview seemed to go well yesterday. I will know if I have the job by the end of the week. Today's mission: Get this damn tooth fixed. How is everyone?

                                I wanted to but he is logging on later....I just HAD to share with you lot.
                                Its so very exciting.
