I'm in a similar spot to you Pan (ie: drinking) The main thing is to keep hacking away at it and not give up...
I maintain a positive attitude by the virtue that I AM trying to beat this and will never give up, rather than berating myself for slipping (except if I'm particularly hung over!)
I've at least cut my drinking in half, that's an achievement! I don't kick myself when I do get drunk after 4 days AF because I would have been drunk EVERY night if I wasn't trying..What you perceive is what you believe, so make sure you look at things the right way....Comment
