Hi Starts I was in Essex which is about 35min drive from London and Angel I totally agree with you, moving here was the best thing that has happened to me, I love it here although I am still trying to find a BEST friend here, someone that you can trust totally (if you know what I mean). I do have quiet a few friends here that are really lovely though xx

evening all.

Survived body attack even though the trainer thought it would be fun to add another cardio track on the end, like it is not hard enough as it is.

I am off to the late night shops tonight, the only late night shopping available in WA. And I get to test drive hubby's new work car, which he assures me is crap but I probably won't agree with him because we don't agree on most things car related.

Hi ezzmae and anyone else to come, you will all be glad to know that I have got through Day 4 A/F I had a couple of cravings but I managed to deal with them JUST.
Your brave going late night shopping where I am it is normally packed!!, did you buy anything nice you will have to let me know tomorrow cause by the time you get back from the shops I would be curled up on the sofa watching TV. but I hope you had a good time love ronnie xx
