    Army Thread 15th May

    Good morning all.

A pretty wet one here in the UK, but all the same, I am feeling pretty good.

Today I am going to learn about low carb dieting. I am determined to shift this extra stone that has attached itself to my bod.
I want to find a diet that that I dont feel hungry, gives me energy and suits my digestion. And maybe low carb will do it? I am a vegetarian as well, so I know it wont be easy to find food to eat, but will give it a go.
thanks Zenny for all the info. I shall be busy today.
Oh yes, any tips, please share!!

I try not to snack as i dont know when to stop - but thats just me. As long as i stay away from bingeing on carbs & exercise the weight comes of steadily but its tough!!!

                          Good Morning Folks.
                          I feel good today...again
Talking about diets; I have the opposite problem, and I'm not trying to be funny. Normally I weigh about 200 pounds and there's barely a pick on me, but recently I find myself having to force down my food and I've lost some weight and I'm looking a bit fragile. If I get down to about 180/185 I really have that malnourished look with slightly sunken eyes and basically I look ill, but I feel great. I have a very high metabolism and I can eat anything and lots of it but with not working just now I don't feel as hungry as I usually do.
Anyway, you all sound good today.....
