I love it krigs, I am eating really well, and those sugar cravings are not there!
Thats why I wanted to cut out all sugar. Its the only way for me, If i allow myself even limited amounts I will crave. Its the same with al for me.

                      Starts,
I am using L-Glut for sugar cravings and it works....I know, for myself, I have to be able to look forward to fitting some sweets into my life. I will not be able to cut "anything" out of my diet. I am just learning how to fit things in and accomodate for them overall. I don't want to get myself into any feelings of being deprived-that sets ME up for failure. If I eat more one day I'll eat less the next. I know, overall, I have to cut 1000 cal out of my diet each day to reach my 2lb/wk goal. My diet organizer keeps me on track as everything is figured for you. I know when I have overdone and when I need a little more exercise. If I stop losing I can look back over my food diary and see what I have been eating to make some cuts. I have a long history of dieting since I was young so I know a lot about foods already-that helps. I know what I need to stay away from or what I need to limit. There are "red light" foods for everyone-those are the foods we can't go near without bingeing. Those are the ones we should avoid, if at all possible. Good luck to you; I KNOW you will be successful, Starts. You always are.....you are a STAR!!!!

I am going to sign up for another 5K. There is a Lavendar Festival south of here about 40 miles. They will have a 5K running through the lavendar fields. Doesn't that sound divine? That will be July 11 so I am going to start training to beat my last time; I may even jog part of the way.

Thank you Kriggy, i really hope I am successful, I was beginning to think that I had a choice of either nicotine free OR happy with my weight.
Thats the thing isnt it , we need to find what works for us. I exercise quite a lot as it is, but the weight was still going on...so for now I will try this and see how I feel.
