I snack on raw veggies and cottage cheese, yogurt and fruit.
I find if I eat some protein with each snack I dont get hungry
I am eating lots of free range eggs too.
It's because I did the raw food diet for a while, and when I was on it I read one raw foodist describe eggs as 'a hens period'...they never had quite the same appeal to me after that.

I can't eat battery ones- but I will maybe attempt one or two free range ones

                Good Morning Folks.
Another grey, wet pissy day here, but I feel GGGRRREEEAAATTT!!!
I could get used to this sobriety carry-on.
I'm quite busy today. Library, Jobcentre, a bit of grocery shopping then I've to try and fix my brother's washing machine and walk his big daft dogs. Then an AA meeting tonight.

                          Hi Marby....
I love eggs starting. I often eat half a dozen at a time. Boiled, scrambled, poached, omlettes raw occasionally.

I am eating fruit, but I stick to low (er) carb, so apples, blueberries, strawberries, apricots, etc are not too bad, plus I eat with protein eg yogurt.
                            I am avoiding bananas.

Oh and avoiding fruit juice too.
I am chugging my all one in tomato juice. I must admit I am struggling with that :-)

                                I always buy free-range .
It's a little crusade I've been on for years; battery farming is horrendous.
