With you on the job bit Polar. I tried for years to get a job here to no avail. That's why I started my own business. At the time I was married to a salesman. I do not sell myself at all. People have started phoning my little entry in the phone book because they probably think I will be inexpensive. Not true, but at least I might be able to get the business up and running again.

Not sure when i'll be up there, but i can tell ya, i'm very particular/fussy about how a tear in my fave jacket would be mended. What's your technique?...cross stitch?..under/over?...machine or hand? denim needle, or other?

Ah, i have you fooled!.... A denim needle, i discovered, is used in a sewing machine, for stitching denim. It's apparentely stronger than other needles. I learnt this from a friend who fixed some old jeans for me.
