I am here Pan and Dave. How can I be of help? Have you stopped drinking Dave? Are you taking benzos with drinking? Very bad idea. I'll go back on Diazepam (against your advice...lol) and stop drinking again...
I only use benzo's a week at a time (with at least a week inbetween) 10mgs tapering to zero, over 5 or 6 days, so I can actually sleep, without a belly full of booze and it stops me wanting a drink and feeling edgy and shaky..
I'm careful not to replace booze with diazepam, I will make sure I never get hooked on pills...What you perceive is what you believe, so make sure you look at things the right way....Comment

Dave, seriously, I am so anti-pills of any kind. I was started on Temazepam for sleep when I broke my shoulder. I never thought I would be addicted to anything apart from the wine. Well, it creeps up on you. Valium is better I believe, because that's what a lot of people are given to get of Temazepam, but still really bad.
But, you are an intelligent person, so I believe you do know what you are doing.
