Hey Starts ... the smoking is going great. I don't have any cravings and haven't for a while but i'm not going to let my guard down just yet. I find that i am eating alot more so i'm trying my best to introduce more fruit and veg into my diet and i'm also eating a heathly breakfast every morning.
I know quite a bit about Itunes so if you need to know anything or get stuck then feel free to ask me.Comment

I get the odd one, but I barely think about it these days. The weight thing does bother me, but I am trying to do something about that now.
Thanks for the help with Itunes, I think I will take you up on that!! I am in the first stages of downloading stuff from Mac to phone and so far touch wood seems ok. My next step is to buy stuff....then I will be a hollering I think!Living now and not just existing since 9th July 2008
