Its a beautiful one here again.
I hope our Floridians get some respite from their storms today...
I think I am going to christen my new running gear today and go for my final long (ish) run before DDay before it gets too hot.

Looks like it's going to be a beautifull day here too. May have a nice long walk myself.
Someone I met at my local AA meeting has posted on the my story section. Hopefully today I can introduce her to my army family!

Hi everyone
I heard that in the UK today is going to be the hottest day of the year so far, is that right?
The weather here is sunny for a change it has been raining solid since Thurday but I am glad to say that it is lovely today.
Well its 2 weeks A/F for me today so I am half way there!!!

Morning Troops. How is everyone? Sorry i haven't been around for a while but i've been so busy with work plus i've had a cold and a water infection so not been to good. I'm going to miss the sun as i have work today but hopefully i'll be out by 2pm at the latest. Right i have to shift my arse or i'll be late for work, been sat here for the past half an hour eating breakast (that Cy so nicely made me) and updating my Ipod.

I'm in my daughter's house just now making sure she's had no break-ins while she's on holiday.
I'm sure your friend will get a lot out of this place Cy. It's a great help to me.
Well her house is fine. I think I'll walk back the 10 miles. It's a beautiful day and I could use the exercise.

Morning all, horribly hot one here again today- I am off to walk the doggies right now before it gets hotter- yesterday I did 2 doogie walks at midday, and I think I got a touch of sunstroke because I felt pretty shitty by the time night came- kind of weak and shaky.

I do hope it is not going to be a really hot summer here- I don't know why I live here actually- I should go back to the UK
