Morning Limers (thats a surprise) Oney, Starts and all to come. Yep a gey day here but sure waht about it we are healthy and happy and alive. Oney get on with it u will do just fine. I am off to throw myself in a pool and try to shift an ounce or two ( note starts I dont talk in lb loss!)

sports day cancelled! So I need to get my head down myself, another assignment to be in by friday. After that im going to do a 5 km walk , collect the kids , take Emma swimming, go shopping , mke dinner , tidy up , put kids to bed and watch the apprentice. See you all later..Comment

I loved Sports Day when I was a kid limers. I was a 100m legend..... in my own lunch-time.

Good morning all you fellows of the east. It's rainy here and I'm in a frigging desert.
Can't sleep so these days instead of tossing and turning I just get up and go about my day, like it's not 4:00 in the morning.
