Hello, all. It must be raining everywhere! My new Walk4Life pedometer came yesterday and I have it all set to count my steps, stride length, calories burned, IF the rain ever lets up enough for me to walk. I wouldn't mind walking in the rain, but the lightening is who 'nuther dawg!!

Good morning. It is raining in Michigan too!

Todays plan is workout, clean and run the kids all around. AND have no wine! Today will be day 4!
