Thats one of the things we need to learn about our sobriety, its what our triggers are and how we minimise or cope with them. Obviously in life we cant avoid them all the time but we can learn damage limitation.

I live in a beautiful little village. Once a year we have a weekend walk that comes through it. So once a year we are inundated with folk passing through...I hate that :-)

Starty, I just got a call from Animal Planet's 'It's Me Or The Dog'!!! I saw they were having a casting call online for the Atlanta area, so I applied, just a few hours ago, and Bob's Your Uncle!, they called and are sending me an application! I may be a big Movie Star!!!!!!! No autographs, no autographs!!!LOL
