I have already been out to watch my son's play thier soccer matches and I am just killing time before I have to head out again to a kids bithday party for 3 whole hours!!!

Hi everyone

I hope you coped with the party after all of that soccer, ronnie!

Well I've not been on here as I've not done too well moderating recently. But I'm back to day one AF AGAIN today after having a really bad hangover today (its 6.30 pm and I'm just starting to feel normal again). I phoned an old friend from the UK last night and drank far too much wine, god knows what crap I was talking.

Hi Boozy, that was a real trigger for me, when I got on the phone, out would come the beers, I bet all my friend in the UK are wondering where I am as I have'nt phoned them since going A/F, I have only 9 more A/F days to go then I have reached my goal, but hey I had a real bad craving about an hour ago but thank god I have,nt caved, but I will be glad when I go to bed for the night!!!

You always have such kind, supportive words for everyone on here as well. If was getting all that work done to my house I think I'd hit the bottle so that is another well done to you on coping with the stress AF.

KTAB - I have bought glut. but it is in tablet form and not powder I took 2 this morning like the bottle said but I think I will need to get the powder form as I heard it is much better
Boozy - thanks for your kind words, but the house is no-where near finished, its just a part of my life now, I am used to it.
I just feel down tonight, I have had another craving since the last and I got quite scared as I have never been so close as to grabbing a beer!!! I have had some dinner now and I am alot better and I am counting the minutes that I put the kids to bed as they are all tired and have been stressing me out tonight!!! which makes it worse.

Hi Ronnie

Well, think how much more the kids would be stressing you if you had a hangover. I drank loads last night and its just not worth it - you are missing nothing - it would be such a shame for you to give in now. Today has been a real struggle, what a waste of a day off. I was actually sick this morning which is unusual for me, had dodgy stomach all day, disgusting taste in my mouth etc. At least I'm off tomorrow to make up for it.

We have been out househunting, we only bought in January but we're not too happy with the house. Not sure whether to build, buy nearly new or just improve this place like you are doing. Only difference is my OH is useless at doing any DIY!

I am sorry you dont feel well, it sounds like you have a stomach bug!!! are you thinking of moving to a different area?
