Hi guys, Zen I am delighted you like 'Summer in Dublin'. I posted that for the girls doing the run. It is one of those songs that instantly brings me back 25yrs. If you liked that try:

Hi guys
Sorry I have been scarce. I spent the weekend with my cousins. They know of my AL problem and never drink around me. We had a great weekend; shooting pool, playing cards, listening to music, watching movies, playing with my cousin's grandchildren. It was a lovely weekend. I am home now, watching my Red Sox. I increased my Topa yesterday and so far, no ghastly side effects, just a bit more tired. Agency called, I have a Private Duty assignment for tomorrow. All is good here. Hope all is well with my beloved Army."Decide-Which Voice in Your Head you Can Keep Alive" (Shinedown)

Everyone meeting up all over is great. Feeling much better tnt after visiting my parents and having Erin stay over. Have to realize that 1 day is not the end of the world and that maybe I needed that reminder that I am done.To Infinity And Beyond!!

He said sometimes it can be what you need to know enough is enough. Part of me still can't believe I did it, but the guilt and shame must go. It really is amazing how this disease can creep up on us when we are feeling weak.To Infinity And Beyond!!
