Well i've started the thread AGAIN!!!!
I am feeling much better today, thankyou Boozy you are great!!
Yesterday I had a real bad time in the afternoon, I don't know what bought it all on, but I am glad to say that I did'nt cave and today is a new day.
Well its a holiday here in WA and I am going round a friends house for a bbq which will be nice, but first I have a pile of ironing to do

morning ronnie and all to come

we are fixing up our house at the moment, hoping to put it on the market soon. Been househunting and it is a bit depressing. Cannot believe the price of some of the dumps I have seen, and not even in nice areas.

I have promised to take the kids out for a bike ride later and have mountains of washing to get through.

Great to hear that you resisted the urge Ronnie, how many days have you got now?

Hi Ron and Ez and any to come.

It's damn cold here today. Only 20 inside the house and I have put the heater on. The clouds look like they are breaking up, so we might get a beach walk in today. The sun is coming out for 5 seconds every now and then.

Ron, didn't turn the computer on all day yesterday, so that's why I wasn't on. Got caught up in a book and couldn't put it down. I'm so glad you resisted the urge. You don't want to cave now. Sorry I wasn't on in your hour of need.

Hope your son is feeling better by now Ez.

Hi everyone

Ronnie, I did nothing, it is you who is doing this for yourself - 22 days WOW!! I hope you enjoyed the barbeque.

Been looking round the display homes again today (after spending yesterday going round established homes), then had a lecture from my Dad saying our current house is fine! I'm not sure what to do at all. The cheapest option is to build but then we have to wait for ages and probably move my son's school. So I know where you're coming from, ezzmae!

It is a bit warmer here today than it has been, thankfully.

BG, we are now thinking about building in a small development just 5 minute walk down the road. But we would have to sell first, to get the money for the land and then rent somewhere close by for however long it takes. We never wanted to build so we would be nervous about it. But it takes the pressure how having to find another house while trying to sell ours.

We are in pretty similar positions!! What we want to do keeps changing at the moment. I'd love a brand new house but its the wait, and having to rent in the meantime that puts me off. All the upheaval, again!! Only been in Oz 10 months, bought in January and don't think I like this house! I sound like a spoilt brat, I know!

Hi Ronnie I am fine thanks a lot. BG and Ezzmae, I buit a new house last year and boy was that stressfull but so worth it when it was finally finished. I would offer any advise if it could help but I am sure it wouldnt be of much use seeing as I am on the other side of the world.

Hi everyone . . . and everyone to come

Thankyou for your responses to my thread Questions . . . I think I understand how the TND(T) is started now. Still can't get all of the old PM's to delete at the same time but I am a very patient person so all will be fine.

We just bought a new house last June. Amazing how it all worked out. We had a 5 week window to pack, find a place to live and move. There but by the Grace of God, we found the exact house that we were talking about building had just been completed in a town north of us. Friends and family came from all over the place to help us pack and move. And one of my favorites horses, they are all around us on various ranches and farms. The only thing missing is the beach.
