You put me to shame in the exercise dept. Baby steps this end cause I am also 46 and been falling apart for the last ten years. Was doing not jot on the exercise front.

I am sure most people have slips at some time or another, I spent many years on a permanent one. Seems to me its the picking yourself back up, dusting yourself down and jumping back on board is the important thing. So well done on that Zenny. As regards not telling people, who are we really fooling. Got to be honest with ourselves and nobody judges others here.
Oney I am planning on extending that AF time for longer.

Hey hey it's another day! I'm going to walk in on the tag end of a conversation and throw my 2 cents on the table. (Raise your hand if you're suprised) There was something in the lying and hiding that was rewarding or a payoff or something for me. Shame and guilt too, but I can't deny the payoff. I think that even if I thought nobody was the wiser and I would keep it that way the payoff is still there and when there is a reward to any behavior, that behavior is reinforced. So the behavior I think is better dimished by removing the payoff. OK, 2 1/2 cents.
