Arrghhh! No, not really angry, just would love to be free and happy without red wine, beer and recently Diazepam (not hooked yet but can see it coming, so have stopped)
Everyone my age is Married, kids/kids on the way and over the moon...I'm sitting here alone taking alcohol to fill in what's missing..
It's well within me to do what I need to do to be happy...
Alcohol stops me in my tracks... I still think that alcohol is "a problem" but to be honest, it's more than that....I'm an alcoholic...What you perceive is what you believe, so make sure you look at things the right way....Comment

Give yourself a chance to see what sobriety brings you. For a kick off, you are not going to get a great relationship going with an alcohol and drug problem are you?
