The great thing about age, for me, is that even tho I enjoy flirting and being flrited with, and my best friend tells me men are fascinated by me because I'm very down to earth and different, I KNOW who I am, where I am, and what I want in life, and it AIN'T a fling or anything based on sex. I can't understand people who F up their lives because of it.

Hubs tells me men don't understand me being 'friends' with them. I think he's wrong, but I never put myself in a position to challenge that theory. I did have a VERY close friend who committed suicide about 2 years ago b/c of advancing cancer, and he told me he loved me everytime we talked. It wasn't til he was gone I found out he meant it differently than I thought.

My neighbor called and asked me what I was doing and I told her I was changing to go to the barking lot. You can get really dirty there. She said well you know you need to wear soemthing to attract men. I couldn't think of anything to say. WTF?
