L-Glut Tomorrow..
Don't feel like a drink now that I've eaten my own weight in food.. There's a lesson, I often used to start drinking about now and put off dinner until 10pm when I was smashed..
So hunger and looking for sugar and calories in alcohol is one trigger...
Honestly Starts, Oney and KT...If I wasn't on this site and had your support, I would have headed off to the bottle shop, so thank you..

Well Wavey ... I'm 5'10" and 63kg so I'm not real scary BUT... I'm seriously old and that gives me permission to say things like "Now listen to me, young man!"
When I first started here, I ordered Kudzu from MWO because I couldn't find it anywhere in Oz - I found it really helpful. Just another thing to consider.
Anyway, I shall now retire, clutching my hottie, before youse lot go all lascivious again.

I'm sorry Waving....I'm on your 'wavey-length' tonight.....I have felt like complete shit all day.... and have been fantasising about a glass or 20 all night....the WEIRD thing is I gave in to choclolate cravings today, and went to three different shops looking for PEANUT M&Ms....and ate half a HUGE bag of them.....that's bizarre....nothing else would do...
