Ronnie I would imagine you download the attachment (picture) from your email program to your desktop and then hit the 'attach file' button when posting a message in this program and locate the picture you wish to post up.

Morning Folks!
Feeling great again this morning. I must sound like a stuck record but I really do.
I slept like the proverbial log and woke up nice and early, fresh and raring to go.
I'm working from 11:30 'til 7:30 so I'll check in later to see how everybody's days going.
I hope you feel better soon Mario.
I wish you all a happy and successful day, especially for those awaiting test results.

Pops. You are a stuck record I could listen to again and again. Great to hear you doing so well.
Had a good chat with my sponser last night. He wanted me to take him through the first 3 steps. It was feeling a bit like a chore, and when it gets like that it's not good for me or him. I told him, and he was cool about it. Just told be he is there when I'm ready.
