        Morning Rubes.
        Im still going to AA, and still carrying on as before, its just that I felt I wasnt ready to do this with him yet. I have to be 100% ready and want to do it, rather than feel I have to. To do it for myself, and not for anyone else. Once I get my shit sorted ill be ready, but ill still be going to the same meetings and working the programme.

                    What are the zaps, anyway, peeps? I have this thing with my 'condition' where I get electrical jolts a lot of days almost anyway, anytime I move (from my spine compression). Is that the same thing?
