We all slip and it's only human, but being here is great because there is so much support and you know you are not alone!

I still have a very long way to go, but knowing im achieving it with so many others makes it so much easier.

    Best wishes Shelby,

hi Shelby, well done for picking yourself up and starting again. I can't remember how many starting agains I've had. Don't beat yourself up, congratulate yourself for being sensible and pat yourself on the back.
All the very best, look forward to talking to you

It's So Nice to Feel At Home

Hey Shelby, welcome back. I'm just coming back again myself. Having done this a few times (I do great in the summer when I'm off work, then work starts, I get stressed and I lose my motivation), I was seriously thinking of changing my name due to embarrassment. But I knew that was stupid, and then I saw your post. Looking forward to going the 30 and beyond again with you! Louise
