Hello hello, just off out for mani pedi with stepmum. Doing lots of busy things, unfortunately none of them involve the gym yet, will cosset my visitors one more day then they're on their own! They have the visitors pack of map, address, important numbers and phone, so I'm sure they'll be fine. They're outside taking photos of my chihuahua sunbathing on her back, legs in the air. Tart that she is.

Afternoon all,

The Blunnies are off and the Uggs are on and the pot belly's stoked. A good productive day was had after Mr. Frosty paid a serious visit in the early a.m. I have a bad case of ladder legs having spent all afternoon trying to make my Froghouse 'possum-proof'. Possums are ingrates. I cut up 2 apples each evening for them and still they bust into my house to steal whatever they can find. I think they've been chomping the cat food. Oh well - at least they won't get fur balls. I think I've managed to board up all their entry points.

So, my plan for the rest of the night - an early dinner for me followed by watching 'Master Chef' and then it'll be bed with the blankie cranked up to 17. Oh ... and the hottie, sans crochet cover, and a Picoult novel. That's my plan.

Friday nights can be dangerous, so take special care.

Good evening all..

I've been working outside all day (Top of 11C Today)
So am ditching the gym in favor of the heater and have a roast in the oven, with a block of fruit and nut chocolate for pudding (just for you UK folk)

Starts, you will have to whip and gnaw at me..

We just finished a large project (I have a painting and decorating business) and the clients, whom we have become good friends with, decided to put on the beer for me and the Boys to celebrate..

I had a coffee instead but then the Husband cracked open a bottle of Verve clicquot...

I'm a sucker for good Champagne, went halves in the bottle with him...Whoops!

After 5 days off, I was a bit wobbly, I have to say!

All is good now, no more drinking for the foreseeable future.. I am off to the Footy Tomorrow night but with very moderate drinkers and I'm driving, so will stay AF..

BY the way, L-Glut is awesome (even though I had 4 standard drinks Today..LOL)

L-Glut can wait for another post...I'm writing a book here (and I need to turn the spuds)
