    Oh God , One....no that does not sound conducive to a good read at all. How DO they wake up with SO MUCH energy ??? I've never worked that one out.......

          Mr G, I am quite the chef :-)

          Even better when I haven't had 2 bottles of red...I seem to time everything quite easily...

          What are you up to Music wise? My Maton comes back with pickups in it next week, still need to decide on an amp...

            Waves. Great news re Maton. I haven't got around to enquiring as to what amp/s might be best for that application, but i'm sure your ears will tell you. I've got a few projects/bands on the go, with a couple in rehearsal to be unleashed later, but gigged last night in a little 'country' thing, so got my fix........for now.

                NEXT DAY THREAD, Friday 12th

                Evening Mr Drowning - in - gravy ......Look, it's going surprisingly well here.
                I went 3-4 days AF, then drank 2 standards with a mate.Then went back to 'sans alcohol' last night and tonight.Not bad for an immoderate lush.
                Yep , my quit date is 1st July, after a rather daunting (now) trip to QLD to see my best mate, whom I hope to sign up. Then Brett , 'liverlover' and a band of merry followers including myself are going to have the official start date.
                How about you David? Did you swing by the 7-11 and pick up your kilo pack of M&M's or are you going to stick with the block chocolate tonight ?
                I tell you what though, I am first and foremost liking the depth of sleep I am acheiving, even at this pre - stage. Fantastic !
                Seriously though, so much to look foreward to.....

                  How was the Gig, what kind of stuff did you play, good feedback from the audiance?

                  What do you play? Lead, Ryth or Bass?

                  I'll need to take my Maton to the shop and plug it into half a dozen amps before I buy but already know It will be the most expesnive one I like...I'll be looking at $1500 (just for home use)

                  As long as I stay AF, I'll pay for that in about 12 weeks :-)

                      NEXT DAY THREAD, Friday 12th

                      Bridge, I am finding it hard to wake in the Morning...I was usually up an hour before the alarm..

                      More importaintly, I can remember where everything is the next Morning, know what I've done, don't feel anxious and depressed (My main reason for stopping) And don't wake up to an abortion in the kitchen from my "creative cooking" the night before..

                      Also the very large bottle of water I still take to bed (which was never enough) remains untouched in the Morning..

                      I've been a total loser/idiot for 5 years...I'm just waking up :-)

                            I'm very glad I have a heater in this house. The last house I had didn't have one. Didn't need one back then either. Coldest night on record last night. 2.

                              Bridge, I hit the beach every day. Sometimes twice. It's the warmest place to be at the moment. But the weather is supposed to be back to normal - warm - on Sunday.
