    Home from Afghanistan!

    My nephew's coming home from Afghanistan!
    My nephew Colby will finally be home from his 2nd tour of duty, TOMORROW!!
    :welcome:Home Colby!!:h

    I've been so worried about him, I can't believe he's finally gonna be home!
    He's been in Texas for the past couple of months, he's flying in to North Bend tomorrow afternoon!
    I'm trying to organize a suprise party for this Sunday for him... waiting for my brother to call me back....

              Got him home yesterday afternoon!

              He's wearing a bracelet of one of his buddys who he lost while he was home on leave last year...:upset:

              So glad we got him back safe and sound!:h

              We suprised him @ the airport, he didn't know his brother, SIL or I would be there.(as well as his Mom & Dad) It was a wonderful reunion!
              The only thing worth stealing is a kiss...:flower: zwink:

                  St Jude,

                  I salute all of our vets...present and old.

                  Cannot imagine their experiences - very sad about the bracelet and buddy - but thank God he is home safe and sound with his family.

                  Funny how normal drinkers just don't stop right away St. Jude!! LOL! Love the surprise for him with all of the family. Hope he adjusts well and has a wonderful homecoming!

                    Same here!
                    I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

                    Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

                    Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.
