      I read that book that bh gave me and the girl in it was studying for a degree in difficult circumstances ..its very inspirational, I will send it to you, thats my reading focus now, peeps doing degrees under difficult circumstances, anyone any titles for me , please let me know.

        I think the thought process is almost all the battle...around the time I started on the naltrexone, I also changrd my thinking mode- stopping drinking became an exciting journey rather than deprivation...I look forward to the day I can do without it and have no cravings as the best time of my life- not "oh shit...I can't drink anymore".

        Limers- I know I keep banging the meds drum, but if you are really struggling they do help- we take meds for every other ailment after all.

                    One time (I knew BF and I had had a row, but I didn't have a clue what about) he came home the following day with a blow up bed- I thought we must have split, he gave it to me. That night I went to sleep on it, he was most surprised it was just a gift because my mum was coming over soon.
