Oh gotcha -- like fish and chips. (Or it sounds like any ol' grease will suffice!) I love me a good fish fry. All the bars and churches do them here during Lent. My recent favorite fish fry during Lent is the one at the Greek Orthodox church down the street. Opaa!
Although these meals tend to be best when either drinking or hungover......
p.s. of course here in U.S. "chips" are potato chips, like out of a bag, and what you are talking about are what we call French fries. And don't even get me started on freedom fries!Comment
