    Good Morning Folks.

    It's a lovely mild day here in Central Scotland.

    I love being a non-drinker; free from everything that comes with overdoing it.
    I am most definately not missing the booze at all and that I find totally astonishing. There is so much more to life. Not so long ago, I'd have called myself a lier.

        Isnt it wonderful when the penny drops....
        today is going to be a scorcher so I got up early to walk the beasts and go for a run.
        I just need to polish my halo and I'll be there :-)

            Morning All!
            Crumbs it only but took the arm forever to get going this morning.

            Just saw a Zebra when I went for my morning jog -- I tried to stare it down but I would've been there all day -- stubbon bastard it was.

                Hi there Mario and Deeberooney.

                Wise words as ever Super Mario. Thankfully it wont be me dancing in the rain today :-)

                Deebers, I cannot tell you how jealous I am of the wildlife you get to see while out jogging. A stubborn zebra would be soooo cool, the stubboner the better I think :-)
                Oh and how far are you jogging these days?

                  hi all , more baking for me today and ive still got a bit of the hay fever head on me! Feel a bit like ive a hangover. I was having a sleep in an stupid sis rang at 10am with some bullshit problem...anyhoo, back to baking..

                    Morning all, everyone seems in top form today.
                    I am having a lazy, relaxing, do nothing for eight hour except read the sunday papers and drink coffee sort of day. I might have to move a bit later though to go in and watch some sport on tv.
                    Tough going but sure I will soldier on.
                    Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

                          :Ha zebra debees my God if i seen a zebra i think i was drinking that devils buttermilk againAt my broTher & sisters 50th last nite,the only thing i over indulged in was chocolate cake(the calories the calories)but it was a great night i left after about 4 hoursit was another 1st,as there was lots of alcohol flowing.and if that had being before i would have being the life & death of the partywhile i can be very funny, before when i drank at the drop of a hat i could become very aggressive & all that comes with it,but i am dealing with that under current of anger that's still in me,and even though i am doing good with my nondrinking & health wise, i have still a lot of issues to deal with,and which i am getting to slowlyjust thought i would share this:thanks:

                              2pm is kick off, but theres a guy every year who has GREAT games and dvds and last yr he had a pink playstation 2 with all its bits in perfect order for 30 euro....Im hoping he might have a playstation 3 this year, we need one, so im going to deliver my fare at 1.30 to get first dibs!!

                              Ktb, 3 days it is and its kept me outta trouble!!
