Zen...I am thinking the afternoon dose should be the highest as my "5 oclock somewhere" urge is the worst.....at least, up until now, I have never woke up in the middle of the night for a drink......Pray the Good Lord I stop this before that happens.

Tried topa and it made me goofier that when I was drinking.....ALOT....have L Glut but the liquid vitos really, amazingly, make be feel so much physically better.....am almost out, need to get more. I am hoping I will get the balc this week. Starting at 5.5.5 then to 10.10.10...3 days each, then to 10.15.10...see how it goes.

Oney, I am so glad/sad that mine are teens....on one hand, they entertain themselves....on the other it scares the heck out of me how they do it

hi all, you are all going to be sick...I got a barely used x box 360 for 50 euros with 2 games at the summer fair...woo! hoo! And me cakes went down great as well, I mean of course they did , they were faboulous!!(like me)

Zen, I have been following yours, cinders and marbs balc thread and it is very exciting....Evie Lou is why I really decided to jump in on this....it seems to really have worked for her but I think you and I have very simular drinking patterns, rode hard and put up wet.....pardon my midwest redneck talk but that is the best way I know to discribe our hard liquor abuse!

on the downside I left it so late to wonder to the bbq that evetything was gone so I hade to buy one of my own buttrfly buns to go with my coffe andI have to say , it was faboulous...(like me)

Oney....the physical, tiresome part is at your stage....the emotional and fearful part is when they are teens.....The Good Lord help us after that as I have heard...then you start to work about grandkids!

and on the even further downside I was thinnking about drink alot today, but never mind, drink i will not! I have to take Alex to an extensive assessment with an occupational therapist and psychologist and we will be there for HOURS tomorrow!
