Spent the day with Dentists.....pluarl .........oh no one won't due. Why only have one Dentist a day when, if you start early enough you can find enough hours to squeeze in two, two, two DENTS in one !!!

How was your spinach quiche ??? We are having quiche but ours in MUSROOM..yum yum. Hubby is so thin now. Me thinks it about time I start slippin him some carbs......on the slide...LOL
The carb breath is the worse, I mean ketos on your breath is not a pleasant smell....YUCK !!!
