KTAB;637232 wrote: Hello again, boy was I hungry.
Now there was something I wanted to mention earlier, I was on my way home and got a really heavy craving for a beer, not the AL or the buzz, but the taste of it. First one in about 10 days. What suprised me was there was no trigger that I could see. Still so much to learn imo.
    Gosh, that was quick!!
What did you do to alleviate the craving?

KTAB, can you try some AF beer? I like Kaliber, which is made by Guinness.

        Told you I was hungry
I was driving home at the time so just put my rational head on and it went. No need for L-glut yet tonight so its probably passed.
Normally I would stop at a pub but the nearest I got to that was thinking about buying some AF beer. But decided that wouldnt be clever.
Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

Hi CS04 thanks for your suggestion. When I tried to cut back before I tried various AF beers, eirdinger being the best, but my reasoning at this stage is that it would only fuel the fire of desire.

              Hi CS!

I agree, I think it might well trigger worse cravings...
I drink gallons of water and lemon juice. Has a slight kick and isnt sweet at all...works for me.

Wood pellets are made soley from tightly compressed wood, about 6mm in diameter, 12-15 long and are used instead of oil or gas to power boilers. In my case to provide heating and hot water for my house. They are a totally green renewable energy source and the ash produced is used in the garden for fertilizer.

When I built my house last year it was timber frame construction so cut down on cement which is a big polluter. And I had excellent insulation fitted, as a result its using half the normal amount of energy to heat it.
Lots of other bits and pieces but thats enough now before I start to bore poeple to sleep/tears (delete as applicable)

I wish I lived in an energy efficient house. Mine is quite old and although we have done all the usual to help, its still an ice box that takes loads of heating.
