I remember your struggles a year ago very well. I don't know if I could go thru all you have gone thru and still remained sober. What a strong and determined woman you are, and with a great sense of humor to boot. Congrats to many more years!

(BTW, the herbal stuff I mentioned last night is called "NightRest" [such an easy feckin' name that it totally escaped me!] It has GABA, taurine, glycine, passion flower, melatonin and some other herbs. I bought it at Whole Foods.)
