I am feeling better, more calm today, but I am still going to the doc tomorrow. I need to know what exactly is happening to me and the best way of dealing with it. And also whether I should be monitored.
I am very afraid of sinking backwards again.

Sorry xposted yes I agree with you the doc needs to check you out. Have you had bloods for your thyroid done recently? Thyroid issues can cause depression.

Hi Oney, Congrats girl well done. You know I dont know how you guys with small children study and meet deadlines. When I study I become a hermit. Yes practice ok I am hoping it will become more active now. Got my new cards today with my BSc on them so have to visit the GPs around and talk nicely to them so hopefully positive horizons.
