Yes to copying everthing over but I am a Mac head so not sure on pc systems, would have to ask my son, he is a wizz on them.

Am told its straightfoward enough, when you have copied everthing you need to keep, you have to put in the system dvd, reformat your drive and install the new system. Sure to be a link online to show how.

Several years ago (yeah, I am an MWO old-timer) there was a thread titled "What was the funniest thing you ever did while drinking" or something like that. It went on and on; the thread that would never die. It is still in the archives, and I think RJ hated it. It really just ran counter to why we are all here. So while a "dangerous and stupid" thread might be helpful or even cathartic, I would hate for it to veer off in the wrong direction. (i.e. "Remember when we/I blah blah blah.....")

Oney, OS = operating system. Macs go by numbers as they update; currently on 10.5. I think they use Roman numerals, as I have seen "OS X." (but that may not help you if you have a PC.) I'm telling you, Macs are the way to go. They NEVER crash. I think I told Zen this a couple weeks ago.

We keep getting calls from something called "Loan Modification Services" who PROMISE to save us 30-60% on our mortgage. I finally told them to take us off their calling list. I have no problem with foreigners, but this is BS.
