Thanks Louise, I had just spotted that earlier.
Just returned from a cool evening out, dinner with a lovely lady and the mineral water and lemon juice went down a treat.
Have some early flying in the morning to look forward to then a whole pile of editing to do thereafter so plenty to keep me busy!
I am so happy to have found this site! Wow!

Good job on the Mineral water and lemon. You will find lots of interesting alcohol free drinks suggested on this board and I have come to like many of them alot.....even better than the booze. I feel so much healthier and happier and life without alcohol can be even more fun than with it.......trust me, been both places and SOBER is way better !!!
