Isnt it funny I have so many channels on the sky plus thingy now and yet I seldom find much I really want to watch.

I dont have sky, but I know when I was drinking I did watch loads of TV, especially the soaps. I much prefer not to watch it. I hardly ever read the papers either, although I am slowly getting back to doing that a bit.
Isnt it amazing the changes we make while getting sober?

Thats for sure. In the pool at 8 am this morning for the fourth time this week. Swam for an hour non stop then ten mins in the steam room. Finally got the money together to pay my membership so the gym will get a visit next week too.
My point is not a chance of this happening a couple of months ago and feeling healthier has so many more poistive side effects.

ZENNY, You are a real beauty .......I will take a good picture of me one of these days and let the army see that I'm not an ugly duckling myself......but Zenny is Gorgeous.......we need to get her a really GOOD man to be at her side !!!I have alot of interesting friends so I'll put my thinking cap on !!1


Just got a disturbing Field report about a circle that looks like the swine flue virus. I can't wait to see what the experts have to say at the Decoding conferences this year...alittle scary to say the least.YICKS !!!
