Hubby and I both use that rinse. Here in Alabama one can get the most incredible allergies and then sinus infections. We met in Florida, and there, too. Too much heat., water and sun, the plants love it....

The nasal rinse helps a lot. I have fended off many doctor visits by using it.

I have a box of Sea Salts up in my cupboard just for this. The bi-carb keeps if buffered so it doesn't hurt so badly.

Yes, the docs dont really know themselves I dont think.
In a way I think they just want you to stay on them and stay quiet.

Thanks guys, normally would have had 3 or 4 cobras, have to be driven home and now be sitting here with a fresh bottle of wine open (which wouldnt see the light of day). Life feels pretty good tonight.
