Irish - Have you tried a Netti Pot? Google it, souds gross but supposed to be good for allergy type things.

Bat update - Mr Sweats launched him last night. Very funny, he hung him in the bamboo and tried lots of encouraging words. The Bat stayed where he was. Mr Sweats then pulled the twig back and launched him catapult style. He flew off (the bat), but I'm thinking he'll be back again.

Anyhow, times running out so have to get back to study

See, I'm supposed to be working and I got drawn back in! Yes yes, a yoga thing - you basically wash your nasal passages out and that's supposed to help with the pollen getting stuck in your nasal passages, or something like that!

I'm sure there'll be an appropriate Utube video (learned how to truss a chicken from utube this week, its a bloody marvelous resource for those of us who are domestically challenged)....

Never took a nurofen in my life! Dont think I will now either afraid it would space me for the day, after taking 2 panadol. Going for a swim and a steam that should hit it hopefully. Thanks Sweaty for netti suggestion I may look at that. Talk soon
