He is doing really well....the behavioral optometrist we went to was fantastic in that he willing to talk to other therapists and professionals who are experts in the field of Vision Therapy. His autism service dog is getting more press than any of us.....lol"Keep your eyes and heart focused on the end goal at all times, and never settle for less."

I don't mind at all Oney,
Instead of me confusing you all here is the website of one of the leaders in the field
Dr. Stanley A. Appelbaum, FCOVD, eye care in Maryland, vision therapy, optometrists in Bethesda, MD, eye doctors
Basically they say you can have 20/20 eye sight but there may be deficits in your vision....ex. depth perception etc. We are trying to figure out why he stims (he has strings that he constantly is flicking and moving back and forth near his eyes). I am an advocate for the least invasive therapies and this one sounded great after his physical therapist and occupational therapist mention he may have some issues"Keep your eyes and heart focused on the end goal at all times, and never settle for less."

Oney, yes we went and trained for 2 weeks with an agency that trains Autism Assistance/Service dogs. It was quite the process with fundraising, letters or recommendations, taping the family etc. But so worth it. The school is amazed with how well he is doing now, he stays more focused, easier to calm down because she is trained to nuzzle or put her head on his lap etc and that immediately calms him down. WHO KNEW."Keep your eyes and heart focused on the end goal at all times, and never settle for less."

I am gonna need you guys to help me get off these pain pills when I finally get back and they do the surgery. Pills were NOT what I wanted !!! The Doctor said it was the first time he ever had some cry because he gave them pain pills instead of doing the surgery, right away ??? That should tell him how much it really hurts.
I am gonna go ahead and go to Canada. Here's the place that we are staying.
The Olde Angel Inn
They want to to do an interview about Captains Ghost who haunts the Inn.
I was there a few years ago and I saw him.in ALL HIS GLORY !!!
We are also gonna see the Geo Bernard Shaw play "Devil's Disciple" so it should be fun !!!
I HOPE I can stand it ???sigpicEyes on the PRIZE, a SOBER Future !!!
