            Arvo all!
            Carolyn, well done on day 3. That is a huge effort, and if you are sleeping well, you're lucky. It's all uphill from here! Have you considered taking up the guitar? Spray painting? Rotate the tyres? Plenty of knowledge and support here, as we just love those topics.
            The 'Toolbox' thread in 'monthly abstinence' section is an informative and useful read when newly giving up the grog. I used to pin up inspirational words, idea's, goal's and plan's, and what i will become again. Pin 'em up, write 'em down, read them every day. Alway's remember why you want to stop. Have those reasons clear, and always in the forefront of your mind, and thinking. Keep busy friend, whatever it takes. Go for it!

              hi again

              Yep am sure I will find something. Love music but cannot play guitar - maybe I will. Had tickets to see The Radiators tonight but they are playing at a pub so thought it best I stay home. Have tickets for Jimmy Barnes in a couple of weeks but plan on going to that still.
              Might join some community group or something x
              But one day at a time.
