That is aful Zen, I find if I am not in bed before 11 30 I will have great diificulty sleeping but If I do go to bed at that time I zonk. I have this fekin prickly heat after the sun in both of my arms driving me insane had to get up and have a shower. Took antihistamine hydrocortisone cream but have been scratching all night. Head feel good though. How many hours will you get now?Comment

Sorry I was drying my hair
It usually happens about a week after I come back from a sun holiday and lasts for months I was so careful with factor 50 etc

I am going for a walk down by the coast now (live nearby) read the papers all about politics and recession BF coming back at lunhtime will go for lunch then whatever dont swim sundays my day off
